Touring Brookdale Penn Hills with my grandmother was a great experience because the staff made her feel at ease right away. The building had a comfortable, home-like feel that she really enjoyed. Residents seemed happy and engaged in different activities. My grandmother left feeling confident that she could settle in comfortably. Leave a Reply. |
