Mercury Retrograde is upon us again, and with it come all the usual upheavals. 3 years ago I personally would start to feel its effects 1 to 2 weeks before it hits. I was irritable, fidgety, I become quick to judge and no one was safe from it.  I am more attuned and sensitive to everyone and everything during this period.

 
As many can attest to during the retrograde of Mercury, the technology and communications could go haywire: like your laptop deciding to forget all your saved passwords or dropped calls become typical. It could feel like nothing gets done in a day and in truth getting things accomplished could take longer than they should. It seems like everyone during this time has only criticisms and no praise.  I am sure that you also have a similar story yourself, one filled with a breakdown in communications, and travel.  

So what can you do to help ease the potential upheavals during this time?

Have a breakthrough, not a breakdown.

The best thing for you to do is to take the time to set the intent for this retrograde. Go in with positive intent. There is nothing to fear, but fear itself. Fear is the lowest form of energy and to fear retrograde is already a no-go. Meditate, pray, or write your intention for this retrograde.
